Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a cancellation and refund policy as follows:

For monthly subscriptions: You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase.

For annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 15 days of your initial subscription purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@bunafr.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. Please allow up to 7 – 12 business days for the refund to be processed. Cancellation may also be decided on a case-by-case basis once you contact us.

Note: Any access to and use of the Creo Kesa platform after the refund period will be considered as acceptance of the subscription terms and no refunds will be provided thereafter.
